When the Pixelated Apollo YouTube channel reaches 1,000,000 subscribers, one eligible winner will receive one life-size Gondorian helmet.

To be eligible, you must:

be subscribed to the Pixelated Apollo YouTube channel,

have your subscriptions set to public so your subscription can be visible in YouTube Studio,

have a valid public email address listed on your YouTube profile so you can be contacted if selected, and

use a real personal account.

Fake, duplicate, bot, spam, or fraudulent accounts are not eligible. Limit one entry per person/account.

Because YouTube only displays certain subscribers publicly, only eligible subscribers whose subscriptions are publicly visible to Pixelated Apollo in YouTube Studio at the time of winner selection may be selected. Subscribers with private subscriptions cannot be verified and are not eligible for selection through this method.

After Pixelated Apollo reaches 1,000,000 subscribers, one winner will be selected at random from eligible visible subscribers.

The selected winner will be contacted by email using the public email address shown on the winning YouTube account’s profile. The selected winner must respond within 7 days of the email being sent. If the selected winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, cannot be verified, refuses the prize, or cannot receive the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

The prize is one life-size Gondorian helmet. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item, except at Pixelated Apollo’s discretion if a substitution is necessary.

The winner must provide a valid shipping address. Pixelated Apollo is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner.

Shipping restrictions may apply. If the prize cannot legally or practically be shipped to the winner due to location, customs, import restrictions, local laws, or other delivery limitations, Pixelated Apollo reserves the right to select another winner or provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entries or accounts that do not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service, or these Official Rules may be disqualified. Pixelated Apollo reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the giveaway, uses fraudulent methods, or violates these rules. Pixelated Apollo also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, platform limitations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any information collected from the winner will be used only to verify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prize.
